We’re excited to ship Crypton for Android, a native app built for those who already rely on Crypton on the web and want the same privacy and control on their phone.

We've been building in public for a while now. Private phone numbers, encrypted messaging, Travel eSIMs for over 190 countries. Today we're adding something different, something more permanent, and closing the chapter on two betas at once.

A lot of you already recommend Crypton to friends, in forums, or on your own sites. We’ve wanted a proper way to say thank you for that — without turning the product into an ad platform. So we built an affiliate program. It’s pretty simple: you get a link, someone signs up through it, and if they actually use Crypton (buy an eSIM, rent a number, subscribe to something, etc.), you earn a small commission. That’s basically it.

We're rolling out SIM return via InPost for long-term Crypton phone numbers, so when you're done with a dedicated-gateway rental, you can get the physical SIM card sent to a locker near you instead of losing it in the cloud.

iMessage is where a lot of real conversations happen: friends, family, group chats, the client who will not open anything else. Green SMS is fine for codes. For talking to people, blue bubbles just feel better. Blue Relay is Crypton's way of giving you a dedicated iMessage number without buying another iPhone or linking it to your personal Apple ID. We host the phone in Europe. You get the line in your Crypton account, and you can use it from the dashboard or through the API if you want to automate things (including your own AI agents).
