1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rinzler Labs (the "Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. We want to emphasize that we will never willingly ask you to undergo any KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that organization.

2. Changes to the Terms

We reserve the right, at our discretion, to modify these Terms at any time. If we do this, we will post the modified terms on this page and will indicate the date of the latest revision. We encourage you to review the Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of our services after any changes to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Description of Services

Our services allow users to rent a phone number, receive and send messages using the aforementioned phone number, and purchase eSIM data plans for international travel and connectivity.

4. Use of Services

You may use our services only as permitted by law, including applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your use of our services if you violate these Terms or any applicable laws.

5. Phone Number Usage

You will only use the phone number provided through our services for lawful purposes. You will not use the phone number to engage in harassment, bullying, scams, or any other abusive behavior towards any person or organization. If we receive reports that the phone number is being used for abusive purposes, we reserve the right to delete the phone number without notice, and disable your account entirely. You are solely responsible for any actions taken using the phone number, and we will not be held liable for any damages that may result from such actions.

5.1. eSIM Data Plans

Our eSIM data plan services are provided through third-party partners. By purchasing an eSIM data plan, you agree to the following terms:

• eSIM data plans are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee network coverage, data speeds, or service availability in any specific location.
• eSIM activation and usage are subject to your device's compatibility and your mobile carrier's policies. You are responsible for ensuring your device supports eSIM functionality.
• Data plans have fixed validity periods and data limits. Unused data does not roll over and cannot be refunded after the validity period expires.
• Refunds for eSIM purchases are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to our refund policy. Once an eSIM is activated, refunds may not be available.
• You are responsible for enabling data roaming on your device for the eSIM to function properly. We are not liable for any charges incurred from your primary carrier if data roaming is not properly configured.
• We reserve the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate eSIM services if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• eSIM services are provided by third-party partners, and we are not responsible for any issues, outages, or service disruptions that may occur on their networks.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use our services only for purposes that are legal, proper, and in accordance with these Terms and any applicable policies or guidelines. By way of example, and not as a limitation, you agree that when using our services, you will not:

• Use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
• Use our services to engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities.
• Use our services to transmit any viruses, worms, defects, Trojan horses, scams, or any other items of a destructive nature.
• Use our services to interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services or the data contained therein.
• Use our services to gain unauthorized access to our systems or any other systems.

7. Intellectual Property

Our services and all content and materials included on or made available through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use any content or materials on our services for any commercial purpose without the express written consent of the Company.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of our services or the information, content, materials, or products included on or made available through our services. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness.
